Ease of Use:

Restore My Files was very easy to use. Everything is self explanatory. One feature that is nice is that you can even speed up the scan if you want

Recovery Effectiveness:

When Restore My Files finds error files, it asks you if you want to continue the scan, which is nice. But, when it comes across an error application, the scan automatically stops, which was annoying

Help/Documentation:

Everything in the help section was explained clearly and thoroughly

Overall:

Restore My Files did a decent job of finding missing files, but not nearly as good as Data Recovery Pro
